Terms of Use of ChildArtLab

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the online service ChildArtLab ("Service"), which provides services for analyzing children's drawings using artificial intelligence. By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Service Description

ChildArtLab allows users to upload children's drawings for automatic analysis, receive interpretation of results, and recommendations regarding the child's emotional state. Access to the services is provided by subscription.

3. Registration and Account

• Registration is required to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment and Subscription

• Payments are processed via monobank in USD, EUR, or UAH.
• The cost of services is specified on the website and may change.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may also manually renew your subscription at any time. Be aware that manual renewal resets your usage limits — any unused analyses will be forfeited and the billing period restarts from that moment.
• Paid services are non-refundable, except in cases provided by law. To request a refund in such cases, the user must send an email to support@childartlab.com, specifying the email address associated with their account and the reason for the refund.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• User data is stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• ChildArtLab does not share personal data with third parties without user consent.

6. Liability Limitations

• The Service is provided "as is," without any warranties.
• ChildArtLab is not responsible for possible inaccuracies in the analysis.
• Users are responsible for the correct application of the obtained data.

7. Access Termination

ChildArtLab reserves the right to terminate access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms without prior notice. If you exceed the number of allowed child profiles or exceed your plan’s analysis limits, some features may be restricted until the situation is resolved or your plan is upgraded. Additionally, when downgrading a plan, any profiles beyond the new plan’s limit may be disabled or require removal.

8. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be considered in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
